We like to think of ourselves as a one-stop shop for all your wire needs. Over the years, we’ve also refined a deliberate and focused four-step process that ensures consistent success. We know you’ll benefit from learning more about how we work here. Because it’s truly a collaborative and partner-driven process.
Step 1 Sales + Sales Engineering
When you first begin working with us, our sales and sales engineering groups meet with you to fully understand your unique wire needs. We walk through all the critical specifications together, developing an ideal solution for your required application. From product to pricing to lead times to packaging and more, we identify and delineate everything you’re looking for (and have a low MOQ to boot).
A wide range of vital details factor into the successful planning and production of your custom wire. What’s the size of the wire? What’s the insulation type? What conductor alloy metal is required? What are the more detailed electrical and mechanical functionality requirements? We ask and answer all these questions for you, ensuring your solution is optimal, specific, and effective. Once we know what you’re looking for, we either select the existing product from our vast inventory, or we manufacture it expressly for you, in our in-house manufacturing facilities.
Step 2 Manufacturing
Once we understand exactly what’s required for your application and your wire, we get to work internally translating this blueprint into a physical reality. We break everything down into controlled process details, engineering an efficient production process that transforms raw materials and components into a perfect product.
With hundreds of years of combined experience and a wealth of resources available to us, we boast considerable advantages that our competition simply can’t claim. We also have an in-house Quality Lab that provides unrivaled testing and documentation. We evaluate and quality-assure your product at each and every step of the manufacturing process. No corners are cut. No detail gets overlooked. Only the most precise solution emerges.
Step 3 Shipping
Now that your wire has been planned and expertly produced, we turn our attention to ensuring your wire solution arrives when and where you need it, spooled to your specification on length, weight, and spool type, and packaged to withstand the journey. However you want your wire, we build it for you. Wherever you need it, we deliver it to you. That’s our promise and commitment to each and every one of our customers.
Although a customer will normally only see the wire product arrive on their dock, behind the scenes we’re applying our rigorous internal and industry-leading standards regarding processing, documentation, quality, packaging, shipping, and transportation. Remember, this is an intricate and delicate product. Absolute care must be present at every step of its journey from us to you.
